ZnT Life Principles

了解自己特有的生活哲学,即自己的生活“基本”,并每日实践,就如同擦玻璃一样细心照料自己的日常生活。

松浦弥太郎

I love collecting life principles. They increase my luck in life, I believe.

The idea of collecting my own principles began with 100 Basics by Japanese writer Yataro Matsuura, a collection of practical wisdom on life and work. I was so inspired the first time I read it that I promised myself one day I would create my own 100 Basics. Now, I’ve gathered over 100 basics in terms of life, work, and relationships.

We’ve all been there: feeling hopeless and helpless, losing our bearings, and not knowing what to hold on to in our darkest days. Such moments are part of life; like the moon, life waxes and wanes.

I have known many of them myself. Collecting life principles became a way to find my footing—a source of clarity and strength when I needed it most. Rising from life’s lowest points with grace often takes some life wisdom. Over the past 6 years or so, they have guided me through uncertainty and helped me steer clear of the rocks as I navigate my own course.

These life principles were mainly from books and videos. In real life, I love to see how they are effective if I apply them. And my life story is a testimony to their effectiveness. I started from a very humble place, and objectively speaking, my life has been spiraling upwards ever since I established my life principles, and this is why I hold those principles dear in life.
